I helped CMW London develop the user experience for a white label e-commerce solution for Cadbury.
Cadbury had an existing bespoke e-commerce platform that they used to power various of their product microsites. They wanted to ‘white label’ this solution so it could be rolled out in a more reusable way to sell different Cadbury products and meet the various needs of different Cadbury’s customer segments.
I documented the main steps in the order journey in a set of hi-fidelity wireframes. These were used by the design team, and then in conjunction with final PSD files were passed across to the development company for integration.
