Cadbury white label e-commerce IA
We helped CMW London develop the IA for a white label e-commerce solution for Cadbury.
We were contracted by CMW London to develop the information architecture for a white-label e-commerce solution for one of their leading clients, Cadbury.
The solution provides a “skinable” e-commerce platform that Cadbury can utilise to set up brand-specific websites. Each website can be customised to sell a different Cadbury products and meet the various needs of different Cadbury’s customer segments.
We developed a set of wireframes detailing the main steps in the order journey. These were used by the design team, and then in conjunction with final PSD files were passed across to the development company for integration.
